Promoting Industrial Transformation through ZTE’s Smart industry parks

Traditional park builders only provide “hardware” infrastructures like water, electricity, gas, transportation and buildings, while the informatization and smartness are completed by enterprises in a park. With the development of information technology, the traditional mode can no longer meet the needs of settled enterprises and park administrators. There is an urgent need to develop a solution to solve the problems of traditional parks, such as lack of overall planning, repeated construction of IT infrastructures, poor information services and waste of resources.
Based on the cloud computing, IoT(Internet of Things) and operation support system, ZTE’s smart park solution enables fast and convenient creation of various SaaS applications and IoT applications. In addition, interoperability is supported among different systems of SaaS applications and IoT applications, thus reducing the CAPEX and OPEX of the entire system.

The solution provides a park with seamless data access based on the new-generation green cloud computing data center and broadband bearing, access and indoor coverage network. For enterprises in a park, the solution provides subject portal, call center, converged communications, video conferencing, financial services and business trip, desktop cloud, online drive, IT hosting, network security and other service applications. For the park administrators, the solution provides traffic management, smart card, electronic bulletin, security monitoring, dispatching & commanding and other management applications.
ZTE’s smart park solution integrates cloud computing and IoT resources to carry park service applications and park management applications through the network infrastructures with seamless broadband coverage, which enables innovation in operating models such as sharing of enterprise services and subject portal community, and enhances the brand of a park. ZTE provides a wide variety of products with good compatibility and stability, and it has strong capability in solution integration.

ZTE’s smart park solution is developed based on the cloud computing, IoT and operation support system to carry three major application product packages, i.e. enterprise service application product package, park management application product package and resident service application product package.

ZTE Smart Park brings great opportunities and benefits to our customer:

Improving the service level of a park
In addition to providing water, electricity and other traditional infrastructures, ZTE’s solution builds “public cloud service applications and park management applications for smart parks” to provide enterprises in a park with shared basic IT and CT services, promote the smartness of the overall park operation and management system, and improve the overall service level of a park.
Enhancing the brand influence and attraction of a park
The most advanced cloud computing and IoT technologies are used for the cloudification of software and hardware resources, which lowers the overall OPEX and provides quality service for enterprises in a park. The subject portal solution improves the brand of a park and increases the park attraction to enterprises.
Promoting the economic benefits of a park
The IT/CT service leasing mode provides a new sustainable operating model and profit margins. Based on the needs of park investment attraction and operation & management, the three major operating solutions, i.e. IaaS cloud, PaaS cloud and SaaS cloud help the park administrative committee to improve profitability.
