¿Cómo está transformando el uso de la inteligencia artificial la gestión y operación de la ciberseguridad?

El último número de la Revista SIC dedica un especial a analizar esta cuestión de la mano de responsables de seguridad de la información de organizaciones públicas y privadas.

Entre las voces participantes se encuentra Roberto Lopez, director de Seguridad de la Información, Privacidad y Continuidad de Negocio en Secure e-Solutions de GMV, quien aborda los dos grandes desafíos que plantea la adopción de sistemas de IA en la compañía:

"El primero es su incorporación a los procesos de todas las líneas de negocio, lo que exige que la función de ciberseguridad garantice una integración segura y resiliente, evolucionando el gobierno de la información, el cumplimiento regulatorio y contractual, y el marco de control al ritmo que demanda el negocio. El segundo es incorporar estas capacidades para prevenir, detectar y responder con la velocidad que exige una amenaza que también utiliza IA. Adaptar procesos, capacidades y herramientas constituye hoy un imperativo estratégico."

The future of weather forecasting has just reached orbit. 🛰️

Following yesterday’s successful launch, the MTG-I2 satellite is joining the Meteosat Third Generation constellation to deliver more detailed and frequent observations of weather systems across Europe and North Africa.

Según ENISA (European Union Agency for Cybersecurity), los ciberataques en Europa han crecido de forma sostenida en los últimos años. En España, se gestionaron 122.223 incidentes de ciberseguridad en 2025, un 26 % más que el año anterior, según el último Balance de Ciberseguridad publicado por el INCIBE (Instituto Nacional de Ciberseguridad).

Este escenario ha reforzado notablemente el papel de centros especializados como el GMV-CERT, cuya misión es ayudar a las organizaciones a anticiparse, resistir y recuperarse ante posibles ciberataques. En la práctica, opera como un centro de vigilancia permanente que monitoriza, analiza y responde a incidentes en tiempo real para evitar que un problema de seguridad acabe paralizando el negocio ante la creciente sofisticación del cibercrimen.
