𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻. 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺. ❤️

What an incredible experience. The first Crafting Tomorrow workshop is officially in the books—the first of hopefully many more to come.

I’ve always valued the beauty of an international, remote setup. I am a professional „Work From Home“ enthusiast. I love the freedom of working from anywhere and the pure luxury of attending high-level meetings in the comfort of my own home (usually with a secret pair of pyjama bottoms just out of camera range). No commute, no fighting for a spot on public transport, and definitely no listening to 40 different people in an open-plan office trying to decide what’s for lunch. But this week taught me something vital:

𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗻𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 „𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗰.“✨

The progress we made during this in-person gathering simply wouldn’t have happened over a stable internet connection. You can’t replicate the breakthrough ideas that happen when you’re:

 • Squashed around one table trying to solve the world’s problems.

 • Bonding over a mutual addiction to chocolate and „just one more“ coffee.

 • Brainstorming during a casual lunch chat where the best ideas usually start with a napkin.

There is no digital substitute for 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. 🤝

I am deeply grateful for this team of impressive, brilliant, and—as it turns out—very real human beings. I’m learning from every single one of you and growing „richer“ every day.

Remote work gives us the freedom, but these moments give us the fuel. Together, we really can make it. 🌍✨
