3. Global educational perspective. All the countries are in a State of an Educational emergency. Not only those who have a school of low quality, but also those who are excellent. All of them are subject to the law of Revans: "To survive, an educational system must learn at least at the same speed with which change your environment". Our environment makes it rapidly. The future begins to be described with the acronym VUCA (vulnerability, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity, in English). This has introduced us in the learning society, in which everyone - individuals, institutions and society as a whole - are going to have to continue to learn continuously and efficiently. WHERE ARE WE GOING TO GET
We want the transformation of existing schools and the creation of a new one. The school is something alive that turns depending on the social, educational needs and specific students. We want to improve the quality and efficiency of educational systems and open them to a wider point of view. We start from the basis of some of the 16 key indicators of the above-mentioned document and develop them. We consider them particularly relevant during the presentation of the AGLAIA methodology for the development and fulfilment of the objectives (OE).
1 - Participation in pre-school education.
2 – Early school dropout.
3 - Development of key competencies.
4 - Transnational mobility of students.
5 - Investment in education and training.
6- Professionalization and participation of experts from cultural and technological fields. We consider that the main objectives that the methodology develop are:
OE1 - Make lifelong learning a reality. We develop the creative process in students who will be able to continue improving their skills in their adult stage according to their own needs. OE2 - Improve the quality and efficiency of education and training. We create cultural and technological learning communities that help to implement and improve the situations of teaching - learning in the classroom. OE3 - Promoting equity, social cohesion and active citizenship. The educational community will consist of all social entities likely to favour the change. The conception of learning within the classroom structures is based on cooperative learning. The school facilitates, synthesizes, leads and check. We will insist in reducing the rate of dropout, making school a place where it is worth being. OE4 - Enhance creativity and innovation, including entrepreneurship, at all levels of education and training. The school is conceived as part of the agent of social and socio-economic changes. We are going to work through projects programming the minimum contents and developing real-life problems




Recursos de educación, tecnológicos y culturales. AGLAIA es Inteligencia, Creatividad y la Intuición del Intelecto. Desarrolla el proceso creativo y se apoya en comunidades de aprendizaje especializadas. AGLAIA es una nueva forma de concebir la educación. AGLAIA es Inteligencia, Creatividad y la Intuición del intelecto. Pretendemos la transformación de escuelas existentes y la creación de una nueva escuela. La escuela es algo vivo que se transforma dependiendo de las necesidades sociales, educativas y especificas del alumnado. AGLAIA es un método educativo que combina el aprendizaje basado en proyectos programando mínimos en competencias, la gestión cultual dentro de las aulas, la creación de comunidades de aprendizaje culturales, el desarrollo del proceso creativo, la creación tecnológica al servicio del aprendizaje : espacios virtuales y laboratorio creativo. El propósito básico de este método es liberar el potencial de cada niño para que se auto-desarrolle en un ambiente estructurado donde prima el aprendizaje basado en proyectos y el desarrollo de todas las inteligencias :
a- Desarrollo integral real : se diseñan estrategias adecuadas. b- Espíritu critico. c- Procesos de aprendizaje diseñados y estructurados. a. Por parte del profesorado, del alumnado y por parte de las comunidades de aprendizaje. d- Diseminación de los procesos, proyecto y de la documentación resultante de la evaluación de los mismos. e- Concepto real de escuela creativa. Primamos el desarrollo de la creatividad trabajándose de forma transversal en todas las áreas. b. Programa de gestión cultural dentro de las aulas. f- La concepción de una escuela con sentido de pertenencia en una sociedad que cambia y que exige unas necesidades diferentes a los métodos establecidos. La arquitectura tanto física como virtual de la escuela se pone al servicio de las situaciones de aprendizaje. El espacio se concibe como un elemento facilitador del aprendizaje. c. El alumnado tiene que ser consciente de su capacidad para transformar los entornos reales y virtuales. i. No hay limites ni barreras físicas, los adaptamos. g- Estructura de los grupos de aprendizaje en equipos. Esquemas de trabajo 1-2-4 y 4-2-1
h- Integración de las lenguas y desarrollo de proyectos europeos desde la etapa temprana. i- Acceso a materiales de apoyo a los procesos educativos a toda la comunidad. Tener un fácil acceso a la información para favorecer la investigación por parte del alumnado. j- Plan de convivencia tras análisis alumnado. Las diferencias son las que nos hacen alcanzar unos objetivos mas complejos. k- Comunicación abierta con ámbitos tecnológico y cultural :
a. Desarrollo de un programa educativo que diferencia a la escuela del resto :
i. Creación tecnológica : aplicaciones educativas. Realidad Virtual. Narrativa transmedia. Reparación de Hardware. Gestión cultural :
i. Desarrollo de programas culturales. Exposiciones y trabajo con artistas de diferentes disciplinas. Formación especifica en los distintos ámbitos artísticos. Estrategia de Europa 2020. v. Capital europea de la cultura.
