What do you prefer: a domestic bakery or a cold soulless supermarket?

Many of us have experienced the overwhelming array of products in these types of stores. We may have seen someone pick up a box from the shelves, examine it and then replace it. We weren't thrilled while we wandered along the aisles, grabbing items from our list and placing them into our trolley before heading to the checkout.

But is this how we want to go shopping? We picture walking into a bakery and being offered a newly baked baguette and a crispy croissant. After that, we might visit a vegetable shop where we experience the subtle taste of apples and the freshness of green salad and celery. The shop would have a collection of juicy vegetables and fruits in baskets. Perhaps we would also go to a dairy shop to purchase fresh cheese. Why do we prefer this shopping experience?

It seems we all want to feel like products are made just for us - whether they're baked, grown, or manufactured. We don't believe in forcing developers on you in a one-size-fits-all approach.

Every time we want to hire a development team using various kinds of sites, we are faced with the necessity to answer a lot of technical questions and recommendations starting with the words:

- Define the technology stack..
- Use market research…

Let's consider why. When we arrive at the car service, we are not asked questions about how the suspension system feels, is the throttle valve in order? A gray-bearded mechanic in a stylish blue jumpsuit comes out to us and clarifies what is bothering us and after a while tells us what kind of breakdown had happened and what we should do then. When we visit a doctor, we do not need to show deep knowledge of anatomy so that a nice woman doctor in a white suit could diagnose us and prescribe the necessary medications. Why, then, hiring developers for our startups forces us to use such complicated words, as if we are developers ourselves.

We believe that a company that has a specialist base consisting of several thousand and sometimes millions of the coolest developers could allocate one such super specialist to help the client avoid using numerous unknown words.
Although it may be easier to shift the burden of responsibility to the client by saying we fulfilled what you had written to us. Isn't it?

One day we wondered if those who know the programming language need to speak the language of love?

Many of us have noticed that companies often tell us that their specialist base is flooded with the coolest developers who know all the subtleties of development. However, how often have we seen a guarantee that the developer offered for hire would have a positive attitude towards us, respect our culture and our mentality.

We remember how once we had a water leak in our head office and a plumber with a kind face came to us to do fix. He was smiling and his work was more like a father taking care of his children. We even joked afterwards when someone was sad that it was time to call in the plumber.

Undoubtedly, we want to see our developers as a responsible, diligent ones. It seems to us that the feeling that would be in our company after they finished their work is also very important. We would like to have the developers who treat us, our company, our brainchild positively. Are there any such developers and are they being tested somewhere for friendliness?

Therefore, we believe that an excellent developer is not only a skilled specialist, but also a person who is able to love his work.

It's natural to choose a car for everyday use without considering a Bentley, even though it's one of the top car models.

This is because we know it's not suitable for our requirements. It has high fuel consumption and costly upkeep. So instead, we opt for the obvious and correct choice, rather than the best one. If someone wants to hire developers for their team, they are told to choose the best ones and invite the most skilled experts. However, we should ask ourselves if we truly need the best developers. Since only the best specialists can handle any task.

However, it is worth asking the question: do we really need those best specialists? There is also some doubt about their involvement. Will the best developers be engaged in our project enthusiastically? After all, our work may be perceived by them as a routine, which they have been doing for many years, and now our brainchild may seem to them something boring, tedious. You might wonder if a specialist is considered the best, does this mean that he can do any kind of work. Perhaps he is the best within some narrow specialization of his own. We also know for sure that the best specialist is more expensive and he is often more capricious. Isn’t it?

Perhaps we should think about who is most profitable to give us the best specialist? To be honest, we have answered this question for ourselves and therefore, our motto reads:
