We are an Spanish studio, formed with entirely Spanish private capital and our headquarter is in the South of Madrid. We started to work at the end of 2009 and we are working to become one of the most influential studios of Spain and, why not, of Europe in the middle term. eogame industry. Our philosophy is always to design AAA titles regarding to quality and gameplay, if with regard to sales levels they become AAA will depend on you. Spaniard Blend was created as a developer studio in September of 2010. The development team started to work on Anmynor, our first project, at the end of spring 2010, still under the structure of Pyxel Arts Digital Entertainment S.L., our parent company. Pyxel Arts was founded in 2009, thanks to the hard work, hope and persistence of Rafael Espinosa de los Monteros, our current CEO. Two years before, Rafael worked as Product Manager at an engineering company. Since it's childhood he felt passion for videogames and he came up with the decision of creating a company focused on the development of videogames and technologies for the videogame industry, such as artificial intelligence products, virtual reality and augmented reality products, simulators...
Over time, two different business lines have been shaped: on one hand a line of R&D dedicated to technological innovation in the videogames sector, and in the other hand, the development of next gen games. In order to distinguish both business lines, Spaniard Blend was created at the end of 2010 as a game developer studio specializing in desktop platforms. It was then when the development of Anmynor, our first title, became a Spaniard Blend product.
