🌈 En el Día Internacional del Orgullo, reafirmamos nuestro compromiso de construir un entorno de trabajo donde todas las personas se sientan respetadas, valoradas y libres de ser quienes son.
En CDS y HPE creemos que nadie debería tener que elegir entre ser auténtico y desarrollar su carrera profesional.
En su último mensaje, Esther de Gaspar, directora general de CDS España y Portugal, reflexiona sobre lo que significa la inclusión en la práctica. Como ella misma afirma: «La inclusión es algo que elegimos cada día: en cómo convivimos, cómo escuchamos y cómo nos tratamos unos a otros». No es un momento puntual, sino una forma de trabajar y de construir juntos.
Nos enorgullece ser un lugar donde todas las personas son bienvenidas y donde cada una puede encontrar el espacio para crecer, desarrollarse y alcanzar su máximo potencial.
