New year resolutions in February? No shame in that.

So we grabbed a marker and a glass wall and let everyone write theirs.

Turns out “chase greatness” and “go easy on yourself” can come from the same team. 😄

Pretty different from each other, and honestly that’s the point. You need that range when you’re building streaming platforms, someone pushing for greatness and someone reminding you to take it easy.

This week, we had the pleasure of welcoming Mr. Javier Moral Escudero, Head of the Commercial Office, and Mrs. Ekaterina Yankova, Senior Commercial Officer, from the Economic and Commercial Office of the Embassy of Spain in Sofia to our Skopje office. Their visit aimed to show the Spanish Embassy’s support for 2Coders’ strategic growth in the region and explore opportunities for connecting with international institutions and working on joint projects. As part of the discussion, we talked about 2Coders’ future plans for regional and global expansion.

We were thrilled to host them for the first time in our new office, following Ambassador Jose Luis Lozano Garcia’s visit last year for our opening. The continued support from the Embassy of Spain in North Macedonia is greatly appreciated, and we look forward to potential collaborations.

Last month, our team had a very busy schedule.

Tina attended Streaming Tech Sweden in Stockholm, one of the biggest tech events in the Nordics, focused on the technology for video streaming.

In Skopje, two pairs from 2Coders were present at two tech events. Andrej and Oliver attended , a conference dedicated to iOS app development, while Dushica and Marija were at the Tech Conference, an event organized by Women in Tech that covers the top topics in the tech industry with a focus on technologies and the future.

Tina also participated in a panel at the Women in Tech Macedonia Career Summit, where she discussed crucial career turning points, the importance of internships and mentorships, and effective networking strategies.

Lastly, our team members took part in the Semos Job Fair, where we had the opportunity to introduce our work to a large number of students.
