Surely you already know that LogMeal provides nutritional information for any given meal. 🍊📃 But what kind of information does it provide exactly? 

LogMeal provides up to 35 nutritional indicators:
➡️Energy, represented in kilocalories (kcal)  
➡️Macronutrients: carbohydrates, proteins and fats 
➡️Sugar content: total sugar and added sugars
➡️Fiber is considered a type of carbohydrate which our digest system can’t absorb. However, it confers numerous benefits to our health.
