Some experiences aren’t just lived… they deserve to be told.

I am Nur from and this February, I traveled to northern Morocco to document a retreat from two perspectives: as a participant and as a content creator.

Between conversations, silence, shared tea, and places like Tangier, Asilah, and Chefchaouen, I realized something important: we’re not only looking to disconnect… we’re looking to reconnect.

And that’s where my work comes in.
Some experiences aren’t just lived… they deserve to be told.

This February, I traveled to northern Morocco to document a retreat organized by .mariamperez from two perspectives: as a participant and as a content creator.

Between conversations, silence, shared tea, and places like Tangier, Asilah, and Chefchaouen, I realized something important:

we’re not only looking to disconnect… we’re looking to reconnect.

And that’s where my work comes in. Capturing what’s truly happening. No forced scripts. No filters on the feeling. Just real, intentional content that connects.

Hi, I’m Nur Giménez, a graphic designer and content & social media strategist at Gharnata Design.

In just two weeks, the ✈️ Retreat through Northern Morocco 🇲🇦 begins, organized by psychologist Mariam Pérez .mariamperez. A journey designed for women who feel the call to pause, look within, and reconnect with themselves.

Being an entrepreneur can feel lonely sometimes – and not just because of the work.

It’s also about the emotional side. That moment when you realise not everyone is happy about your growth. Some people were more at ease with the old you – the one who played small, doubted herself, needed reassurance.

But then you start taking yourself seriously. You invest in your image, your business, your mindset… and things start to shift. Not just inside you, but around you.

Some see it as arrogance. Others think you’re getting “too big for your boots”.

But it’s not that. It’s self-respect. It’s knowing your worth and showing up for yourself.

And if some people can’t handle that, let them go – gently, with love. Their discomfort isn’t yours to fix.

Your growth deserves to be met with support, not resistance. With people who aren’t threatened by your shine, but inspired by it.

Make room for those who see your light and don’t feel the need to dim it.

Because you weren’t made to shrink yourself to keep others comfortable.

Être nomade digital·e à Essaouira,
c’est bien plus que travailler depuis un autre lieu.
C’est entrer dans un autre rythme,
où le temps ne se compte pas en heures,
mais en vagues, en vent et en silence.

Essaouira ne t’accueille pas : elle te murmure.
Elle t’apprend à marcher lentement,
à écouter avec l’âme,
à travailler depuis un lieu plus profond.

Ici, chaque matin apporte de l’encens salé
et la bénédiction des mouettes.
L’âme se calme et l’esprit s’ouvre,
comme si l’océan nettoyait
non seulement l’air, mais aussi les idées.

Travailler depuis Essaouira,
c’est laisser le projet devenir prière,
le design devenir danse,
la routine devenir rituel.

Les remparts n’enferment pas : ils protègent.
Le vent ne dérange pas : il réveille.
Et chaque recoin de la médina
semble te rappeler que créer
est aussi une forme de méditation.

Être nomade ici,
ce n’est pas être de passage,
c’est être en vérité.
Car à Essaouira, tu ne fais pas que travailler :
tu t’alignes, tu te recentres et tu fleuris.

✨ Designing a brand from the soul is an act of contemplation.

It’s not about adding more, but about uncovering.

Not about impressing, but about revealing.

It is an intimate process, where every decision is born from deep listening and reverence for the essence that already exists.

Just like the mystic who sits in silence beneath a blue sky and recognises in its vastness the dwelling place of the divine, the designer contemplates the soul of a project and channel it.

This is the path I follow in every identity I create.

A journey where the visual is born from within,
like the pomegranate that ripens in its core before showing its beauty to the world.

Because when a brand is crafted from that place, it connects. It breathes. It endures.
