This desk handled three different airlines this morning at Johan Adolf Pengel International Airport in Suriname.👇

Copa Airlines recently completed certification, joining Sky High Dominicana and FlyAllWays, which are both already live on the platform.

No re-provisioning between flights. No separate kit per carrier. The agent signs out of one airline's application and into the next on the same hardware. That's CUPPS doing what it's supposed to do: the terminal owns the desk, and the airlines just show up.

August means holidays. Long ones, for those lucky enough to get them.

For us working in aviation, that can feel like a luxury during the industry’s busiest season. And when a few quieter days do come, they are often a chance to catch up on the conversations and ideas missed along the way.
