We would like to open the 5th Cable Park in Spain. By being dynamic and passionate about this project, we have mastered all steps. What we need now is an investor to help us make our dream come true and turn our vision into reality!
We are 3 wakeboard enthusiasts and we would love to realize our project at this wonderful, idyllic spot at the lake. We are planning a full size cable, a cool waterpark, SUP, Kayak, BBQ boat rental. Apart from gastronomy, we want to offer a pro shop, 10 bungalows or if you want to come with your own caravan 40 caravan places.
We want to offer everything your heart desires, and this all year around for sport lovers from beginners to pros.
We have different background’s that add up perfect to successfully lead this project. Pedro, a pro rider in waterski,slalom, mono ski and jump, Bettina with experience in gastronomy and accommodation and Stefan expert for marketing and events.
We have been working on this project now for around 6 years and did everything necessary to obtain all licences weather from the Andalusian government or the building permits from the local town hall.
We also signed the lease for the breath taking 3hectar land including the lake for 25 years!
The location is 5 minutes to the giant “Camino del Rey” (used to be one of the most dangerous hiking paths in Europe) which is nowadays visited, after its renovation 2015, by daily 600 visitors. If you want to come by plane, Málaga Airport is 45 minutes away. This region is a jewel of the province of Málaga and serious Investors will be successful in the area of truism.
In the first phase we could start with a cable system 2.0 and obstacles only therefore we would need initial investment of 65.000,-€
