We are officially back! This could have been a "see you next week" type of disaster, but our engineering team pulled off a record-breaking recovery to get the signal flying again.

The Current Situation:

IPTV Users: If you’re still seeing a blue or black screen, your box just needs a "wake-up call." Please reboot your device to refresh the connection.

QPSK (Air-transmitted) Users: The equipment is still rebooting and our engineers are running final safety checks. Give it just a few more minutes to fully stabilize. The rain also doesn't help the stable picture.

The Victory: Our team replaced the fried gear in record time - faster than we thought humanly possible!

We’re staying on the pulse until every channel is perfect. Thank you for sticking with us through the sparks we truly appreciate your patience!

Once the smoke clears, our team will be performing a full "post-mortem" on the toasted hardware to see exactly how it handled the hit. ⚡ TV Service Update: A Shocking Development ⚡

It looks like Mother Nature decided our equipment needed a little extra zap today. Unfortunately, our TV system is currently down due to a direct lightning strike.

We completely understand the struggle of suddenly being cut off from your favorite shows - it’s the ultimate unwanted cliffhanger, and we truly feel your pain!

Here is what’s happening right now:

Status: Our engineering team is already on-site assessing the (extra crispy) damage.

Next Steps: They are working as fast as humanly possible to work their magic, and we will update this post with an ETA for restoration as soon as we have one.

Good morning to users in El Raso, Guardamar.
The main cable that comes along the CV895 (Lemon Tree Road) has broken in the wind where the "new unfinished roundabout" is located, and the engineers are there now. It is not a 5 minute job but should be fixed along the morning.
