Modular Decoded #04: From Pulse to Motion

In this new episode of the series, we go from pulses to motion and how you can try them yourself in VCV Rack.

Modular Decoded #03: Waves to Sequences.
In this new issue of , shows how an any signal can become music by using the CV information to modulate different parameters and create complex rhythms, melodies, sequences, etc.

Send us your questions or topics you’d like to see us go through this series. 🤘🏼😎

Modular Decoded #02: MIDI TO CV.
Modular synthesis is based on voltage and the understanding of that “language” is basic to control your system. This new issue of with , it’s about how different messages (such as MIDI) are converted into Control Voltage to allow communication between your DAW, Drum Machine, synthesizer or VCV rack, and your modular system.

If you have any questions or subjects you’d like us to go over with these Decoded series, comment below👇 🤓

Thinking about getting into the world but not sure where to start? We teamed up with our friend to create this new series where we give you the basics to start patching in a free environment like so then you can consider bring into the real world.

Here’s the 1st issue of the series and stay tuned for the next one same time, next week!

Some shots from the we made at Parallel Festival last week and the fun jam right after. We’d like to thank everyone who participated on it and the team for having us. 🫡
See you next year! 🤘🏼😎

As we try out ARK, we’re discovering more and more features.
Stay tuned for the next videos.

ARK is a compositional system where algorithms, chance, and signal share the same space.

16-track deterministic, stochastic & Euclidean sequencer
Per-track architecture with sound engines, samplers, and CV/Gate generators
16 internal modulation sources
Harmony tools based on chord progressions and scales
MIDI generation, recording, and parameter control
Internal mixer with FX and master dynamics
8 CV/audio outputs and 8 gate outputs with flexible routing
Detachable form factor for physical flexibility

Full setup ready for the “Modular System Integration into DJ Setups” we’re doing tomorrow at Parallel Festival.
Come check it out and try it yourself at 11AM along some other surprise goodies! 😎

See you there!

We’re still holed up in the studio, testing the ARK – the LFOs are mad.
Stay tuned for more clips.

The ARK’s x0x-style device is totally addictive, wild and great fun.
Stay tuned for more clips.

Among other things, the ARK has an x0x under the hood.
