Wax, scents, snacks, and lots of laughs! 🕯️✨

Our HR, Recruitment and Marketing team got together for a candle-making workshop where everyone created their own personalized candle while enjoying good chats, drinks and treats. A great afternoon of creativity and team spirit! 💛

Pride Month is celebrated in June and so it was in our offices too! 🌈

Each year, we decorate our offices with Pride flags and provide Pride pins that everyone is free to grab and wear on their lanyards, or wherever they like.

With this, we want to show that everyone is welcome here and free to be who they are. As our slogan says: Be You, With Us. 💗

Besides that, through our internal learning platform, NewCo University, employees can follow e-learnings about the origins of Pride Month, learn how we can continue to honor and support the LGBTQ+ community throughout the whole year, not just in June, and more.

Because we work with partners across different countries, our holiday calendars don’t always align 🌍

On those days, we have a Company Day, stepping away from the daily routine to connect, recharge, and enjoy time together 🤝

From team activities and quizzes to learning sessions, sharing results, or celebrating milestones... all in a relaxed and fun setting 🎉 It’s a moment to pause, reflect and strengthen the team spirit that drives everything we do.

Watching people grow, take on new challenges and step into new roles is honestly one of the most rewarding parts of what we do 💛

Behind every promotion is so much more than just a title change, it’s hard work, trust, potential and the support of the people around them. Giving people the space to develop, to learn and to prove to themselves (and others) what they’re capable of 🌱

That’s why we strongly believe in growing from within. When you invest in your people, amazing things happen ✨

Over 95% of our promotions happen internally, the best talent is already within our teams.
