Ramp command in RhinoLands 📐

1️⃣ Run the Ramp command.
2️⃣ Select a curve or a polyline.
3️⃣ Control the slope of each curve segment independently.
4️⃣ Define any segment as a landing where needed.
5️⃣ Generate a ramp that updates as you edit.

💡 Tip: Use landings strategically to meet accessibility requirements while keeping full control over the ramp geometry.

Modify Species Initials🌿

1️⃣ Select the species from the Edit Panel.
2️⃣ Go to the Species tab.
3️⃣ Modify the initials field.
4️⃣ Plant labels and lists update automatically.

💡 Tip: Want to overwrite a species initials for all future projects? Edit the initials field directly from the Plant Database.

An inspiring week in Prague!

At the Rhino User Meeting in Prague, Elham Ghabouli presented RhinoLands, alongside Francesc Salla, who presented VisualARQ the perfect BIM companion for architecture-focused projects.

The session was followed by an insightful presentation from Jakub Čuka, showcasing advanced analysis workflows with Lands Design and Grasshopper. A great example of what's possible when the right tools come together. 🙌

Cut & Fill operations in Rhinolands

1️⃣ Create the terrain from contours, points, or meshes.
2️⃣ Run the Cut & Fill command.
3️⃣ Select a closed curve to define the operation area.
4️⃣ Adjust the slope angle for both cut and fill conditions.
5️⃣ Extract live data lists from every earthmoving operation.

💡 Tip: Combine multiple Cut & Fill operations to compare grading strategies and optimize earthwork volumes before documentation.
