How does the Lanberg rack configurator work? 👀

The tool works on the principle of an intuitive web page for fine-tuning quality server racks. It allows you to quickly filter compatible products from the range, easily lay out the components in the rack, customize the layout of the products, and present a visualization of the finished rack.

The organizer is designed to check in real time the compatibility of selected products with the parameters of the selected enclosure. Thus, there is no possibility of creating a design with panels of mismatched depth or weight exceeding the maximum total load capacity.

If any selected component does not meet the requirements, the tool will independently select the best replacements from Lanberg's or your company's offer, allowing you to easily construct a shopping cart or sales offer.

We often choose a power cable based on a single principle: the plug fits, so it should work, shouldn’t it? 🫵🏻 This is the most common mistake when powering IT equipment. The assumption is that, since the plug fits the socket, everything is fine.

With office equipment, this usually doesn’t lead to problems, but in a server room, with a UPS or a large rack cabinet, such a shortcut in thinking can result in cables overheating, unnecessary voltage drops or an overload on one of the components in the power supply circuit.

After all, the whole installation is only as strong as its weakest link. 💡

How are the wardrobes packed and how many packages are there?

Firstly, it’s worth noting that all Lanberg wardrobes are designed for easy, self-assembly. As a result, all their separate components are packed in flat packs, which significantly simplifies the logistics and transport process. 💡

Depending on the type of wardrobe and its dimensions, the number of boxes for each wardrobe is as follows:

- single-section wall-mounted wardrobes: 1 box,
- double-section wall-mounted wardrobes: 1 box,
- open rack wardrobes: 1 box,
- floor-standing wardrobes up to 600 x 800 in width x depth: 3 boxes,
- floor-standing wardrobes from 800 x 800 in width x depth: 4 boxes.
