- Deep knowledge of Egyptian labor laws, payroll, and personnel regulations.
- Ability to develop internal policies, procedures, and organizational structures.
- Strong skills in performance management and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll software.

- خبرة سابقة كمدير موارد بشرية (يُفضل في مجال التكنولوجيا أو شركات السوفت وير).
- خبرة شاملة في دورة التوظيف كاملة (Full-cycle recruitment) لجذب أفضل الكفاءات التقنية والإدارية.
- معرفة عميقة بقانون العمل المصري، شؤون العاملين، وإدارة الرواتب (Payroll).
- القدرة على وضع وتطوير السياسات الداخلية (Policies & Procedures) والهيكل التنظيمي للشركة.
- مهارة عالية في إدارة أنظمة تقييم الأداء (Performance Management) وتعزيز بيئة العمل (Employee Engagement).
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل، حل النزاعات، والذكاء العاطفي.
- إجادة التعامل مع برامج وأنظمة إدارة الموارد البشرية (HRIS).
