بدات راديوشاك العمل فى مصر عام 1998 باقتتاح أول فرع لها فى شارع عباس العقاد بمدينة نصر فى 5\8\1998 وقامت دلتا أر أس الموزع المعتمد لراديوشاك فى مصر و الشرق الأوسط بافتتاح عدة فروع فى مصر حتى وصلت الى 80 فرع منهم 65 فرع ملك للشركة و15 فرع ملك للموزعين فى نهاية شهر مارس 2003، وستقوم الشركة بفتح افرع لها قريبا فى دول مختلفة مثل الأمارات و الأردن والسعودية و لبنان و قطر و الكويت

وقد انتشرت راديوشاك فى المحافظات المصرية الكبيرة مثل الاسكندرية – بورسعيد -اسيوط - شرم الشيخ – الغردقة – المنصورة .

و قد حصلت راديوشاك مصر على أفضل معدل نمو فى منطقة الشرق الاوسط سنة 1999\2000 فى الاحتماع السنوى لراديوشاك العالمية بولاية تكساس - و فى سنة 2001 حصلت دلتا أر أس الموزع المعتمد لراديوشاك فى مصر و الشرق الأوسط على جائزة افضل موزع معتمد من ضمن 2200 فرع لراديوشاك فى داخل 40 دولة مختلفة علي مستوي العالم، و فى سنة 2000 حصلت راديوشاك على جائزة أعلى مبيعات فى الشرق الاوسط
