Returns aren't a problem — they're information.
Every return tells you something:
→ Product arrived damaged or incomplete? Shipping issue
→ Product doesn't match the listing? Content issue
→ Customer unsatisfied? Expectation issue
Ignoring returns costs you twice:
Once for the returned product, and once for the account performance hit.
The right routine:
✔ Review returns weekly
✔ Categorize them — shipping? product? expectations?
✔ Fix the cause, not the symptom
✔ Close any SKU with returns above threshold

Noon + Trendyol + Amazon KSA — can you run all three together?
Yes. But not with the same logic.
The right approach:
🔵 Noon — brand loyalty, home/beauty/accessories, FBN for fast movers
🟢 Trendyol — growth and product testing, 14 days to validate before scaling
🟠 Amazon KSA — strong brands and private label, FBA for Prime-eligible products
The rule:
Not every product for every platform.
Start with one, stabilize, then expand.

Noon vs Trendyol — Which is right for your product?

A question that comes up all the time:
"Should I sell on Noon or Trendyol?"

The right answer: Both — but not with the same product and not with the same logic.

Noon:
✔ Massive customer base across KSA and the Gulf
✔ High platform loyalty from consumers
✔ FBN gives strong listing visibility in search
✔ Better for products with consistent, proven demand
✖ Higher commissions in some categories
✖ Fiercer competition on popular products

Trendyol:
✔ A growth platform — fast-moving and expanding across the Gulf
✔ Easier for testing new products
✔ 14 days to know if a product works or not
✔ Lower commissions in most categories
✖ Smaller customer base than Noon for now
✖ Requires closer monitoring to protect account health

The bottom line:
Home, Beauty, Accessories, Baby? → Noon is stronger
New products you want to validate? → Trendyol is faster to test
Want to scale? → Both together — same product, different strategy.

The platform doesn't define your success — the product and ex*****on do.

In Saudi Arabia, the year has massive selling seasons.
Whoever prepares a month ahead takes the biggest share.
The biggest seasons:
🌙 Ramadan — peak for home goods, food accessories, gifts
🎉 Eid al-Fitr & al-Adha — gifts, fashion, electronics
🇸🇦 National Day (Sep 23) — electronics, accessories
🛍️ White Friday (November) — the highest sales day of the year on Amazon and Noon
The right preparation:
→ Stock ready at least 3 weeks before the season
→ Listings updated with seasonal keywords
→ Ads running before the season, not during
→ Prices calculated with discounts and margins intact
The season doesn't wait for you — you have to go get it.

A weak listing wastes a good product.
A strong listing has 5 elements:

Title — keywords + product name + main benefit
Images — at least 4: product, in-use, dimensions, details
Bullet points — benefits, not specs. Customers don't care what it's made of — they care what it does for them
Description — the product story in Arabic first
Keywords — in the backend, not just the visible content

A listing isn't something you create once and forget — review it every month.

Amazon KSA isn't like any other Amazon marketplace.
The Saudi market has its own rules.
5 things you must know before you start:

Arabic first — Arabic listings consistently outperform English-only listings
SABER is mandatory — you must register products before selling
VAT is 15% — factor it into everything from day one
The Buy Box — Amazon gives it to the best performer, not the cheapest
Seasonal events — White Friday, Ramadan, Eid, and National Day are your highest revenue days

Amazon KSA is a real opportunity — but only if you enter it prepared.

There's no one-size-fits-all fulfillment method.
Understanding the difference saves you a lot of money.
FBN (Noon): Noon stores and ships. Better search visibility. Storage fees pile up on slow SKUs.
FBP (Noon): You ship. Save on storage. Need your own logistics setup.
FBA (Amazon): Prime badge = higher trust and conversion. Higher fees — needs strong margins.
The bottom line:
There's no right answer for every product.
The right answer is calculating the margin per SKU and choosing accordingly.

Advertising without data = money in the wind.
The fundamental rule:
Advertise products that already sell — not products that aren't moving.
On Noon: Start with Sponsored Products on top-performing SKUs. Review ACOS weekly — if above 15%, adjust the bid.
On Trendyol: Distribute the budget based on velocity — not equally across everything.
On Amazon: Sponsored Products first — then Sponsored Brands once you have reviews.
Ads don't fix a weak product — they amplify a strong one.

Price wars — every seller goes through them.
And everyone loses.
What happens:
Seller A drops the price → Seller B drops further → both lose margin.
The solution isn't price — it's value:

Better images and stronger listing
More and recent reviews
Faster shipping
Better customer service
Bundling — create a pack instead of competing on a single unit

When the customer sees higher value — price becomes secondary in the buying decision.
