Responsibilities:
• Manage advanced network and security infrastructure topologies.
• Mange Microsoft Infrastructure with focus on M365 products such as Intune, Defender, and Purview
• Knowledge of GPON technology
• Manage IP CCTV networks
• Manage controller-based WiFi networks
• Build and nurture relationships with high-end stake holders, serving as the main point of contact for their technical needs.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of IT services.
• Provide technical guidance and consultation to the stake holders, understanding their unique requirements and proposing tailored solutions.
• Manage multiple networks, ensuring stake holders satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and problem resolution.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to effectively advise clients on the latest technologies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in the IT service field, demonstrating a strong technical background.
• Proven ability to manage high-end clients and deliver exceptional service.
• Excellent multitasking skills, capable of handling multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• Team player with strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Certifications in relevant IT areas (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft) are a plus.
