We're Hiring: Software Support Engineers

Location : Dokki, Giza, Egypt.

Job Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in IT administration or technical support.

Graduates of ITI or MCIT are preferred. Exceptional fresh graduates will also be considered.

Hands-on experience with Windows Server Administration.

MCSA or other Microsoft certifications are a plus.

Experience with database administration, including creating, maintaining, monitoring, and backing up databases.

Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.

Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

Job Responsibilities:

Set up and configure Windows Server environments at customer sites.

Install and configure software solutions at customer sites.

Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues on-site.

Report software bugs and issues to the development team.

Deliver product presentations and demos to prospective clients.
