ان شاء الله بعد تقييمات ايجابية من متدربين الراوند الحالية فهنفتح الحجز لمجموعات جديدة للبرنامج التدريبي الخاص بهندسة التحكم الصناعي Industrial Automation
تم تصميم البرنامج التدريبي ده ليتناسب مع المتطلبات الفعلية لسوق العمل وتأهيل جيل من المهندسين جاهز للعمل مع كبرى الشركات في المجال وعلى تنفيذ أى مشروع اوتوميشن مهما كان تعقيدة، وينقسم إلى مستويين متدرجين لضمان الإلمام الشامل بالمنظومات الصناعية :
المستوى الأول: التأسيس، التحكم الكلاسيكي، وأساسيات (PLC)
يركز هذا المستوى على بناء أساس هندسي وتغطية أنظمة التحكم الأساسية، ويشمل:
• مقدمة في الأتمتة الصناعية: التعريف الشامل بدور مهندس الأتمتة والمهام المنوطة به داخل المنظومات الصناعية.
• هيكلة أنظمة التحكم (Control Systems): دراسة المكونات الأساسية لبناء أنظمة تحكم متكاملة للماكينات وخطوط الإنتاج.
• تصميم وتنفيذ لوحات التحكم:
- كيفية تغذية الماكينات بالطاقة الكهربائية.
- أسس اختيار المكونات الكهربائية المناسبة.
- تصميم المخططات الكهربائية والتوصيل العملي للوحات التحكم.
• تحليل متطلبات المشاريع: دراسة كيفية استخراج وتحديد قائمة المدخلات والمخرجات (I/O List) أثناء المعاينة المبدئية، وفهم تأثير متطلبات العميل (Requirements) على تصميم اللوحة.
• التحكم الكلاسيكي (Classic Control): التعمق في تصميم دوائر تحكم لتطبيقات صناعية متنوعة (بدون برمجة)، واكتساب القدرة على تصميم أعقد الدوائر بناءً على منطق التشغيل المطلوب.
• قراءة المخططات وصيانة الأعطال: التدريب على قراءة المخططات الكهربائية، وتتبع مسارات الدوائر لاكتشاف وإصلاح الأعطال (Troubleshooting) في لوحات التحكم.
• التعامل مع الـ Temperature Controllers وبرمجتها
• أساسيات أجهزة (PLC):
- فهم دور الـ PLC في أنظمة التحكم الآلي.
- تحديد مواصفات وتصميم اللوحة المدمج بها PLC قبل البدء في مرحلة البرمجة.
• برمجة (PLC) باستخدام (Ladder Diagram):
- كتابة أكواد برمجية احترافية ومنظمة (Clean Code) لتحويل متطلبات العميل إلى برنامج تشغيل فعّال.
- التطبيق العملي المكثف على أجهزة (Siemens) وأجهزة أخرى (من منتجات شرق آسيا) لإثبات مرونة نقل المهارات بين مختلف العلامات التجارية.
- محاكاة التطبيقات عملياً عبر معدات حقيقية وبرامج المحاكاة المتقدمة مثل (Factory I/O).
- تغطية التطبيقات الرقمية (Digital Applications) الأساسية بما يشمل (Bit Logic, Timers, Counters).
المستوى الثاني: البرمجة المتقدمة، القيادة، وإدارة المشاريع الصناعية
ينتقل هذا المستوى بالمتدرب إلى التعامل مع التطبيقات المعقدة والمشاريع الصناعية الكبرى، ويشمل:
• البرمجة بطريقة (Structural Programming) وكتابة برامج الـ PLC بطريقة أكثر احترافية.
• الـ Analog Systems : التعامل مع الإشارات التناظرية (Analog Systems) للتحكم الدقيق في المتغيرات الفيزيائية مثل السرعة، الحرارة، والضغط.
• هياكل البيانات (Data Structures): إدارة ومعالجة مختلف أنواع البيانات داخل جهاز الـ PLC وتوظيفها بشكل احترافي.
• مغيرات السرعة (Motor Drives): كيفية دمجها مع أجهزة الـ PLC للتحكم في تشغيل وسرعات المحركات الكهربائية.
• لغات البرمجة المتقدمة: التدريب على استخدام لغات برمجية مخصصة للأنظمة المعقدة مثل (Instruction List) و (Structured Text).
• تطبيقات التحكم الحركي (Motion Control): بناء أنظمة تحكم حركي متقدمة باستخدام أجهزة الـ (Encoders) والـ (Servo Motors).
• شبكات الاتصال الصناعي (Industrial Communications): دراسة بروتوكولات الربط وطرق الاتصال وتبادل البيانات بين الأجهزة المختلفة داخل بيئة العمل.
• الشاشات الصناعية (HMI): ربط الشاشات الصناعية بأجهزة الـ PLC، تصميم واجهات التحكم، وقراءة وإدخال بيانات الماكينات بفعالية.
• إدارة المشاريع الهندسية للأتمتة: يتم ربط الجانب التقني بأساسيات إدارة المشاريع لمنح المهندس رؤية شاملة، ويشمل ذلك:
- كيفية إعداد العروض الفنية (Technical Offers) استناداً إلى الـ I/O Lists المحددة مسبقاً.
- حساب التكلفة المالية والجدول الزمني للمشروع.
- مراقبة سير العمل لضمان تحقيق أهداف المشروع، واستراتيجيات تصحيح المسار (Keeping the project on track) لتجاوز العقبات أثناء التنفيذ.

We are actively seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer proficient in Siemens TIA Portal to support a major Civil Infrastructure project. This is a comprehensive, end-to-end role where you will be instrumental in the automation of critical infrastructure.

Contract & Location Details:

Contract Type: Freelance, Full-time (1-Year Project)

Location: Fully Remote ( Based in our office in Cairo for our client in Germany)

Travel Requirement: Occasional site visits in Germany (approximately 2 weeks every 6 months).

Visa Preference: A valid Schengen visa or European residency is highly preferred to facilitate travel to Germany.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
You will be involved from concept to completion, taking ownership of the software lifecycle from initial design to final handover. Working alongside a dedicated project team of hardware engineers, CAD engineers, project leaders, and executors, your core tasks will include:

End-to-End Automation: Conceptualizing, drafting, programming, commissioning on-site, and transferring the final system to the end-user.

Design & Development: Translating customer specifications into comprehensive functional designs, and further developing them into robust technical designs.

Programming: Writing and testing software for PLC and SCADA systems, primarily utilizing SIMATIC PLC S7-1500 (TIA Portal) and SIMATIC WinCC Open Architecture. (Note: Experience with other platforms is highly valued.)

Testing & Quality Assurance: Drafting critical testing documentation, including Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and System Integration Tests (SIT).

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: A completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field.

Industry Experience: A strong background and affinity for industrial automation, particularly within the heavy industry or civil infrastructure sectors.

Technical Expertise: Proven hands-on experience programming PLC and SCADA applications.

Mobility: Willingness to travel to Germany for bi-annual, 2-week site visits.

Today was Day 1 of our Industrial Automation Training Program 🔥

The energy in the room was electric; future engineers,, and problem-solvers taking their first real step into the world of PLCs, and smart factories.

We kicked off with fundamentals, but honestly, the most powerful moment was watching raw curiosity turn into hands-on confidence. That shift from “How does this work?” to “I can build this” is exactly why we do this.

This is just the beginning. Over the coming days, we’ll move from basics to building, wiring, coding, and troubleshooting like true automation pros.

Why is this program different?

- We are structuring the curriculum to mirror the lifecycle of a real-world industrial project:

· Phase 1 (Foundation): The role of the Automation Engineer, designing control panels (Classic Control), understanding I/O Lists, selecting components, and building complex control circuits from scratch.

· Phase 2 (The Core): PLC Programming (Ladder Logic) with heavy practical application (Siemens & East Asian brands), simulation tools (Factory IO), and converting client requirements into clean, executable code.

· Phase 3 (Advanced Mastery): Structural Programming, Analog Systems (Speed, Temperature, Pressure), Motion Control, Servo Motors, Industrial Communications, HMI design, and Project Management fundamentals to keep your deliverables on track.

This is an immersive, full-cycle experience. The first round will run in July with multiple groups, and we will be dedicating our full focus to it.
