This Innovative idea is utilizing the Field Programmable Gate Arrays . (FPGAs) which are increasingly used in industr
ial application where digital signal processing is required. It’s capability of reconfiguration made it a good option for remote sensing and machine monitoring; especially in condition based monitoring (CBM). The proposed system will use FPGA Target, connected to a suitable piezoelectric sensor (Accelerometer) to monitor machine vibration remotely using wireless and or internet connectivity to report about a machine part that may be in the condition or going to the failure condition. The system could also be utilized and applied for small Enterprises who do not have any dedicated specialized maintenance team. It could also help the freelancer maintenance engineer to better plan his schedule and introduce better First Aid and consultancy to his customer from his current location. The system will assure faster response time, and improve maintenance plan efficiency. The proposal is using LabView software application for Vibration signal analysis and connectivity between remote sites and the Maintenance Manager Office or Freelancer. The proposed system was successful in improving predictive maintenance plan, reliability and in reducing stoppage time and hence profitability. WE INTRODUCE MACHINE BALANCING SERVICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS
