We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team, drive technical excellence, and ensure smooth project delivery.

Responsibilities

▪️ Lead, mentor, and support the engineering team.
▪️ Oversee technical decisions and ensure high-quality delivery.
▪️ Track projects, priorities, and team performance.
▪️ Work closely with Product, DevOps, and other teams.
▪️ Conduct 1:1s, provide feedback, and support team development.
▪️ Own the first technical stage of hiring, including CV screening and initial technical interviews.
▪️ Play a key role in candidate selection, with approximately 70% input in the technical hiring decision.

Requirements

▪️ Previous experience as an Engineering Manager or Technical Lead.
▪️ Strong hands-on technical background.
▪️ Good understanding of Backend, Frontend, APIs, databases, and system architecture.
▪️ Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
▪️ Strong technical interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
▪️ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
▪️ Good English communication skills.
