Senior Oracle Developer
Responsibilities:
---------------------
1. Meet with business stakeholders and other technical team members to gather and analyze application requirements
2. Implement solutions to satisfy application business and technical requirements
3. Writing Oracle test script for Oracle application 11i –10 G -9I financial section.
4. Customizing Oracle application
5. Developing Reporting system based on Oracle application data and based on Oracle 10g Database
6. User training for application
7. Analyzing and Developing new programs that support business
8. Provide written status reports to management regarding project status, task, and issues/risks
9. Follow QMS standards and Organizational polices
10. Supervises development team. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems
Qualifications & Experience:
------------------------------------
1. Minimum of B.S. or B.A in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
2. Experience not less than 5 years using oracle development tools (10g developer preferable)
3. Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills
4. Experience in Oracle Designer, Visio design tools
5. Experience TOAD, Oracle Enterprise Management development tools
6. Experience in configuration management and code version control
7. Experience in financial service industry
8. Knowledge with ERP systems
9. OCP or OCM certifications are a plus
10. Understanding of customer requirements.
11. Written and verbal communication skills
12. Good technical and problem solving skills
13. Ability to work individually and in a structured team
