=> Responsibilities Include:
* Responsible for Oracle E-Business Suite Functional application Configuration, Setup and Support with Tehcno-Functional experience
* Experienced with at least 3 full implementations for E-Business Suite Advanced & Basic HCM Suite with related integrations with General Ledger & Cash Management for Payroll Reconcilation and Bank Transfers (Core HR, Payroll, FastFormula, iRecruitment, Performance Management, Learning Management, Self Services, Succession Planning)
* Good knowledge for Basic System Administration of E-Business Suite R12.1 and R12.2
* Knowledge about HCM Tables to guide Reports development with Technical team with capability to customize solutions designs AN100
Personalizations good knowledge (Forms and OAF [Oracle Applications Framework])
* Customization & Integration using PL/SQL (Procedural Language/ Structured Query Language) with capability of handling upload of Master Data & Opening balances with technical team
Interface through Interface programs for E-Business Suite and other systems
Interfaces through PL/SQL API’s (Application Programming Interfaces) and Very Good Hands on skills in writing PL/SQL hooks and FastFormula functions
* Workflow Builder knowledge and hands-on skills for AME Approvals Management Engine configuration
* Responsible for Oracle ERP end-user support with varying degrees of technical abilities, along with follow-up on technical problems raised in Service Requests with Oracle Support
* Oversees all aspects of user and system documentation, user training sessions, all OUM Oracle Unified Methodology documentation concepts
* Manage reactive level support for the ERP application.
* Design and scope ERP customized systems, through an achieved understanding of business and the resulting needs of business users.
* Deliver reliable, secure, and cost-effective systems including developing high-yielding relationships with external/internal customers.
Good Team player
* Drive internal customer satisfaction by actively monitoring the end-user experience and creating action plans to address significant issues.
* Oracle Fusion is a plus
=> Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
* 7~8 years functional consultancy with Oracle E-Business Suite ERP (R1) with at least 3 Three full end to end implementations of HCM suite including advanced modules (not only Core HR & Payroll)
* Demonstrated ability to effectively manage information systems and deliver on commitments.
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English is a must (Arabic additional preferably) to support the middle east region customers
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
