Job Vacancy: IT Help Desk Specialist
Career Level: Entry Level (Fresh Grad / Junior)
Location: Nasr City, Makram Ebeid
Salary: 6,250 EGP Basic + 1,250 EGP KPIs
Job Description
* Maintain and monitor internet performance to ensure stability.
* Install, configure, and repair computer hardware, software, and systems.
* Perform regular health checks on network devices (Printers, Attendance machines, etc.).
* Troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues and coordinate with ISPs when necessary.
* Setup and fix computer peripherals for end-users.
* Provide technical support for on-site and remote queries.
Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree is a must.
Experience:
* Computer Science/IT Graduates: Fresh graduates are welcome.
* Other Majors: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of IT Support experience.
* Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of A+ (Hardware & Troubleshooting).
* Basic knowledge or familiarity with CCNA & MCSA concepts (IP addressing, Active Directory basics, etc.).
* Skills: Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions & Shifts
* Shift System: Rotational morning shifts.
* Starting Time: Earliest shift starts at 7:30 AM.
* Ending Time: Latest shift ends at 5:00 PM.
Important Notes
There is a basic technical test during the interview to assess troubleshooting logic and general IT background.
