Job Description
● Collect requirements from different stakeholders.
● As a product visionary, you develop the product vision and product roadmap derived from the business objectives
● Writing requirements documents.
● Defining product features according to customer needs.
● Leading the development process & Assisting the product development team to meet the objectives of each sprint.
● Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
● Ability to write good user stories.
● Acting as the main point of contact between teams and stakeholders.
● Creating, Managing and prioritizing product backlog items.
● Arranging Sprint Reviews and other agile rituals with the scrum team.
● Adjusting and improving each iteration of the product before release.
● Analyze preferences and requests of end users
● Keeping customers and stakeholders informed of the status of the product.
● Ensure backlog grooming takes place on a regular cadence
Job Requirements
● Fresh graduate (from computer science field)
● 1 - 2 Years of experience
● Degree in computer science / engineering or a similar field
● In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
● Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills
● Excellent organizational and time management skills
● Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
● Ability to work well within a team, and independently, and able to adjust to tight and changing deadlines
● Creative thinker with a vision
● Capability to build, improve and maintain processes
● Open and constructive discussion culture.
● Ability to to follow company specific communication protocols and processes and also balance giving constructive and critical feedback of existing processes to improve them.
● Experience in Jira, Clickup, Trello or any similar Platforms is an Extra.
