المركز المصري للابتكار يشارك في مشروع دولي لتطوير تكنولوجيا مستدامة لتصنيع بلاط البورسلين

"مشروع أوروبي لتعزيز الاستدامة في صناعة السيراميك"

يشارك المركز المصري للابتكار والتنمية التكنولوجية في تنفيذ مشروع أوروبي جديد بعنوان INNOVATILE، المموَّل من الاتحاد الأوروبي ضمن برنامج Interreg NEXT MED، بهدف تطوير تكنولوجيا أكثر استدامة لتصنيع بلاط البورسلين وتقليل الأثر البيئي للصناعة.

تبلغ الميزانية الإجمالية للمشروع 2.8 مليون يورو، بتمويل من الاتحاد الأوروبي بنسبة 89%، وبدأ تنفيذُه في أغسطس 2025، فيما يُعقد الاجتماع الافتتاحي للمشروع في 4 نوفمبر المقبل.

يركز المشروع على تطبيق تقنية التحبيب شبه الرطبة (Semi-Wet Granulation) التي تسهم في خفض استهلاك الطاقة والمياه والمواد الخام بنسبة تتراوح بين 10 و35%، مع إمكانية دمج المخلفات واستبدال بعض المواد الخام الحرجة ببدائل محلية مستدامة.

كما يتضمن المشروع إنشاء شبكة للسيراميك منخفض الكربون لتعزيز التعاون في مجالات نقل التكنولوجيا والطاقة المتجددة وإدارة المخلفات بين مؤسسات البحث والصناعة في منطقة البحر المتوسط.

ويضم التحالف البحثي سبعة شركاء من إسبانيا وتركيا وإيطاليا وقبرص وتونس ومصر، تمثل كبرى الدول المنتجة للسيراميك عالميًا.
