As a Cybersecurity Presales Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving cybersecurity sales initiatives by working closely with account teams, engaging with clients, and demonstrating the value of our cybersecurity solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the technical and business worlds, aligning our offerings to meet client security requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, an ability to communicate complex solutions clearly, and experience in delivering technical presentations, proofs of concept, and solution demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with sales and technical teams to understand client needs, challenges, and business objectives.
· Design and develop tailored cybersecurity solutions that address specific client requirements.
· Act as a trusted advisor by providing clients with insights into cybersecurity best practices, technology trends, and compliance standards.
· Provide technical guidance on topics like threat detection, endpoint security, network security, cloud security, and compliance frameworks (e.g. NIST, PCI,..).
· Conduct assessments, identify potential risks, and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and post-sales support, to align on client expectations and ensure smooth handoff after sales.
· Assist the sales team in qualification, pursuit and closing of opportunities.
· Build strong relationships with customer technical teams and decision-makers to gain trust and strengthen account relationships.
· Create technical documentation, solution proposals, and RFP/RFI responses tailored to client-specific needs.
· Ensure that all solution architecture and presales documentation meet compliance and company standards.
· Keep up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies to provide relevant advice to clients and stay competitive.
· Work with partner vendors and develop technical peer relationships.
Job Requirements:

· Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
· Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity presales, sales engineering, or related technical consulting role.
· Strong technical background in cybersecurity solutions such as SIEM, firewalls, endpoint protection, cloud security, and identity and access management.
· Familiarity with leading cybersecurity vendors and solutions.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
