We learned Odoo by implementing it on ourselves.
Etihad Global started as a manual office supplies operation—paper ledgers, phone orders, personal spreadsheets. Automating our own business taught us what no manual could. We discovered undocumented workflows, dirty data, and workarounds that had become standard practice.
We failed at modules, reconfigured others, and learned that the gap between standard Odoo and operational reality is where implementations die. That experience shapes how we approach client transformation today. We do not sell software. We sell the operational discipline required to make it work.
Real transformation is not go-live. It is the months after, when users discover the system enforces discipline they previously avoided. We know because we lived it.
