About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Mid–Senior Software Quality Control Engineer to join our Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise-level applications across the full software development lifecycle.
You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to drive quality standards through manual testing, API validation, performance testing, and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
✔ Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test strategies
✔ Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing
✔ Conduct API testing to validate RESTful services and data integrity
✔ Design and execute performance, load, and stress testing
✔ Build and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts
✔ Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
✔ Identify, document, and track defects to resolution
✔ Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure requirements are clear and testable
✔ Provide quality metrics, reporting, and risk assessments to stakeholders
✔ Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and standards
✔ Mentor junior QA team members and promote a quality-first mindset

Required Qualifications
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems.
🔹 3 - 5 years of experience in software quality assurance within enterprise environments
🔹 Strong hands-on experience in manual testing
🔹 Proven experience with API testing (REST, JSON, HTTP)
🔹 Experience in performance testing tools and methodologies
🔹 Automation testing experience (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar)
🔹 Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar language
🔹 Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
🔹 Strong analytical and communication skills
🔹 ISTQB certified is a plus
🔹 Experience with microservices architecture is a plus
🔹 Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices is a plus
🔹 Fluent in English (written & spoken)

Main Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer hardware and operating systems to meet organizational standards.
- Perform regular hardware maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
- Install and configure IP cameras and related security systems.
- Troubleshoot system and network issues, diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults efficiently.
- Replace defective components and parts as necessary to maintain system integrity.
- Provide technical support, including the creation of procedural documentation and relevant reports for end-users.
- Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Additional Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
