We’re looking for a detail-oriented Video Editor & Quality Reviewer to join our creative team.

In this role, you’ll work with AI-generated video content produced through automated workflows, ensuring every video meets the highest quality standards and aligns with each client’s brand identity.

Role Description: The Video Editor & Quality Reviewer is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria. This role is responsible for editing automotive-focused video content, assembling footage, applying transitions, and refining narratives to meet creative and technical requirements. The team member will perform color grading, adjust sound, and integrate motion graphics and visual elements that align with brand and client standards. Daily responsibilities include reviewing video outputs for quality, consistency, and compliance with guidelines, identifying issues, and coordinating corrections. The role also involves collaborating with designers, engineers, and project managers to optimize workflows, maintain organized media libraries, and deliver projects on schedule.
Responsibilities:
* Review and audit AI-generated videos to ensure they meet client brand guidelines and quality standards.
* Identify editing errors, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
* Edit and refine videos using Adobe After Effects.
* Ensure smooth sequencing, continuity, pacing, transitions, and dynamic visual flow.
* Maintain consistency in branding, style, and messaging across all video content.
* Apply motion graphics and visual enhancements when needed.
* Collaborate with the creative team to optimize AI-generated content and deliver polished, high-quality videos.

Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, or a related field, or a certified diploma/course in Video Editing, Motion Graphics, or a similar discipline.
* Previous experience in video editing.
* Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
* Solid understanding of continuity, pacing, sequencing, and visual storytelling.
* Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for quality.
* Experience working with AI-generated video content or automated editing workflows is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
