We are looking for a "Product Designer "who will play a key role in shaping Webalo’s user experiences from concept to launch. You’ll work closely with product management, engineering, and cross-functional teams to design intuitive, impactful interfaces for frontline workers. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product, this role offers a unique blend of hands-on design work and opportunities to influence product direction and culture.
In this role, you’ll engage directly in ideation, prototyping, and visual design, all while contributing ideas that elevate our product culture. If you thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy solving complex design challenges, and are passionate about creating accessible, high-impact products, this is the opportunity for you.

The ideal candidate will have:
- (+2) years of proven experience in product design, with a portfolio that showcases thoughtful, impactful design solutions.
- Hands-on design skills, including wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity visuals.
- Experience designing for mobile-first and cross-platform applications.
- Experience in user-centered design, able to turn user needs into intuitive, effective designs.
