We are a Mid-Senior BI Engineer
Job Description:
- Implement BI platform against complex project requirements.
- Learn the features and best practices around BI platform.
- Define an overarching analytics strategy with our customers and align our solution’s capabilities to that strategy.
- Introduce customers and partners to our BI platform against a variety of use cases.
- Write technical design documents to capture the technical details of the customer implementation work delivered.
- Work and communicate effectively in a cross-team environment involving the customer, partners, and other employees.
- Contribute individually and as a team member, to resolve issues related to the use and administration of BI platform, installation, upgrade, performance, and clustering.
- Provide day-to-day support to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving incidents and service requests referenced.
- Design reports and dashboards for customers.
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.

Requirements:
- 2-3+ years of work experience implementing analytics or BI software products.
- Familiarity with SQL language.
- Familiarity with basic Linux server administration.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively in a dynamic team environment.
- Able to work in the EMEA time zone on a rotating shift basis including public holidays, and being on-call during weekends.
- Ability to travel for off-shore implementation, enablement, and support period at customer’s location. (Duration 6 - 12 Months)

Nice to have:
- Experience leading technical implementation projects.
- Experience with Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, or SAP.
- Familiarity with advanced analytics platforms like R, SAS, and Spark
