Brand guidelines nobody opens? Not on our watch! 😘

We designed brand.estonia.ee, the home of Estonia’s brand guidelines. Colours, typography, illustrations, photos, videos, all in one place and accessible for anyone making something for Estonia. No more hunting for “logo_final_FINAL2.png”.

Turns out the jury liked it as much as we do as this project brought home a Bronze at the Estonian Design Awards 2026 in the digital design and user experience category! 🪩✨

Looks like training our (design) muscles paid off as brand.estonia.ee brought home a Bronze at the Estonian Design Awards in the digital design and user experience category! 💪

Same voice, more buttholes aka same values with better ex*****on! 💅✨

Shoemaker without shoes is a classic. We turned 11 on Friday, and for over a decade, we put our clients first while running around in outgrown clothes. Our work evolved, but our brand was lagging behind who we actually are.

So we took ourselves on as a client. Same process, same workshops, same uncomfortable questions.

What exactly changed?

⚡️ Rolled out a brand-new identity system & CVI. A live toolkit we actually use, not some dusty PDF nobody opens.
💃 A new website with crystal-clear messaging... and maybe even a small kill list of who we definitely don’t work with.
🤘 Created our very own rule-breaking font – Pohhfection Script.

Redesigning a country takes a village!🤘

Nele hit the stage at the Brand Estonia Meetup alongside other designers and partners to break down the mechanics behind the new national visual system.

We walked through the major changes, explained why the legacy setup was crying out for an overhaul, and showed real examples of the new system doing actual work. Ditching the rigid boxes and blue-on-blue for something lighter, sharper, and way less allergic to creativity! 🪩🧑‍🩰

Spent our Friday evening at keraamikastuudio Savi Aeg getting our hands dirty. Turns out cmd+z doesn’t work on a lump of clay, but everything turned out great anyway! 🤌

Back with Tartu for season 2! 🔥🪩

It’s our second year designing the city’s summer campaign, and this time, we even got to put our mark on a changing booth on Pärnu beach. If you can’t bring the ocean to Tartu, bring Tartu to the ocean, right?! 🫡

Public sector design doesn't have to be boring! 😮‍💨

When the estonia.ee project from EIS landed on our desks, our hearts definitely skipped a beat. It was a rare chance to sculpt the digital face of an entire nation. No pressure, right?

Our mission was to kill the stiff-government-site stereotype once and for all. We designed a website that is clean, intuitive, and packed with enough personality to prove that public sector design can actually be world-class.

As Kuldmuna's jury lead Nils Kajander put it – it’s a "brilliant silver" that manages to be playful without losing its edge.
