It feels really great when work actually brings joy. And honestly, that only happens when you work with great people. When you care about your client’s business more than your own, sometimes. When, at some point, it becomes hard to understand where business ends and real friendship begins.

Thank you for inviting us to Baku. Unique culture, great city, and even greater people around — it’s always a pleasure to spend time together in real life, not just on calls and chats. We discussed the project, shared ideas, argued a bit, laughed a lot, and simply enjoyed catching up with partners who became friends over the years.

Digital Classifieds is honestly one of the coolest projects we’ve ever had a chance to work on. It’s challenging, dynamic, sometimes stressful — but that’s exactly what makes it exciting. We’re really proud to be part of this journey and help shape the future of digital marketplaces together.

Recently, our Developer Serhii shared his secret to staying productive and focused at work.

And itʼs music. Turns out, different types of tasks require different types of sound.
As Serhii says:
“I usually listen to rock only when I already know exactly what to do and just need to execute. But deep focus or deep-diving into something complex is better with calm instrumental music.”

Most of these mixes are 3–4 hours long, which makes them perfect not only for concentration but also as work-session timers.

🚀 Recently, we tackled an important challenge — migrating a Rails project from Webpack to esbuild to eliminate slow builds and simplify our frontend setup.
For a while, we explored the trade-offs, but eventually, we decided it was time to move to a faster and more lightweight solution.

🚀 Recently, we faced an important security challenge on one of our systems — a potential Redis port exposure that could have put sensitive infrastructure at risk.

For a while, we dug deep to understand the root cause and validate the actual impact. Eventually, we were able to identify the issue and secure the system properly.
