Meanwhile one of Europe's best "League of Legends" teams "Fnatic" invited an Estonian (Puszu) to play for them, we had another regular meetup with few refreshments in Tallinn Old Town to calmly outline tasks, dealines and define very much needed front-end designer.

Today Fnatic League of Legends makes a change that some may be surprised to see.

There is a controversial rule applying to majority of great companies in the past few decades. Initially non of their founders had a clue where to direct their companies after actually founding one. The only confidence they had were their team. Not just random people as human resources, but genuinely talented experts, able to act as conquerors, but simultaneously capable to face most severe facts. Non of them were dictators, nor public persons, mostly commiting to their daily tasks in the background. They managed their companies by questions, not answers, giving an opportunity to tell truth in its widest aspect to literally any employee. They sticked to "hedgehog" concept instead of a tricky "fox". Now, tell us, how do you manage your company?

Unless you are an innovative startup or busy developing utterly specific solution, existing competition is a good sign to confirm demand for your actual product or service. In other words, competition let you confirm, either your business idea viable or meant to hit undergrounds before even making the very first breath. Do research timely and regualrly. Recently we were curious about your preferred payment methods, even though we didn't really grasp required feedback. But we certainly agree, involving only monetary systems and eventually asking for in-app payments is a single-side benefit, in this case obviously ours. However, gaining additional free tries within each available tournament might be completely money-free and actually a minute-affair for each of you. We are considering to implement free additional tries for each share/invite over your social network. We still need to figure out how to proceed with this feature, but surely we know the direction and we'll stick to that path.

Within a rat race significant events are being forgotten. Few weeks ago, on March 3rd, we turned no less than 525600 minutes old. It is indeed a tremulous occassion, but within a startup, everyday is a day one, so forward we look, further we see. Perhaps we didn't convert every single minute into a valuable asset, but we certainly got wiser, learned from industry experts, gained key contacts, attended dozens of events and most important went from a simple idea to team building and actual realization. Things are intense, but strong we remain. Till next...
