At Viseven, we believe that a company's strength is defined not only by business milestones, but also by how its leaders and domain experts enrich the nation's professional and academic communities.
This summer, our Talent Development Manager, Volodymyr Frydel, was invited as a guest lecturer at the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE), where he delivered a comprehensive two-month elective course on "HR Management" for university students.
Key highlights from this collaboration:
Real-world operations over textbook theory: The curriculum was built around practical cases, streamlined workflows, and data-driven frameworks from Viseven’s People team. From recruiting and 360-degree performance reviews to talent development roadmaps and AI applications in HR, students examined the exact systems that power a global tech business daily.
A multidisciplinary cohort: The lecture hall brought together aspiring HR specialists alongside students majoring in Software Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, and even Psychology. Sessions were held in English and featured active debates on career trajectories, constructive feedback loops, and cross-functional team dynamics.
A two-way feedback culture: KSE maintains a rigorous feedback loop where students formally evaluate instructors on clarity, content quality, and practical relevance. The strong positive rating achieved is a direct reflection of the progressive standards we cultivate inside Viseven.
This course laid the groundwork for long-term collaboration between Viseven and the Kyiv School of Economics. Our teams have aligned on key initiatives for an upcoming Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), paving the way for practical student internships, guest lectures by our business and tech leads, and career opportunities for standout KSE graduates across Viseven’s global projects.
We are proud of Volodymyr and fully support our team's drive to share their expertise, shaping the next generation of Ukrainian professionals! 💙
