Our pilot training programme in Botswana has now come to an end, and we came back home with great gratitude and truly positive emotions 🙌
Last week in Botswana, we had the opportunity to carry out a pilot training programme together with our partner University Innovation Pod Botswana (UniPod). The programme focused on digital skills and entrepreneurship training for unemployed graduates, with the aim of supporting young people’s competitiveness in the labour market and empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs, trainers, and changemakers 🚀
It has been inspiring to witness the participants’ motivation, curiosity, and willingness to shape their own future through digital skills and entrepreneurship.
While this important pilot phase is now completed, we know that the real long-term work still lies ahead. Building digital capabilities, supporting entrepreneurship, and developing sustainable training models are all ongoing efforts, and we are grateful to continue this journey together with strong local partners.
A huge thank you to the Unipod Botswana team for the warm welcome, excellent cooperation, and shared vision throughout this programme. We are truly looking forward to the next steps of our collaboration!
