Our team has successfully wrapped up another project! Over the past four months we worked alongside Transpordiamet to prepare for the procurement process for the development of a new Electronic Maritime Information System (EMDE). Our team focused on delivering a comprehensive business and system analysis to ensure that the new EMDE will not only align with European directives but also drive efficiency and support future growth.

Here’s what we achieved during this time:
💡interviewed 26 user groups
📃described 98 TO BE processes
✅documented 571 business requirements and 159 system requirements
⚙️mapped 331 services
✍created 131 user stories and 50 forms

We visited Äripäev to talk about the new accessibility rules. From 2025, private sector companies, such as online stores, ticket sales platforms, self-service environments, etc., must ensure that their websites comply with the unified European standard EN 301 549. This means that websites and apps must be designed so that they can be used by people who, for example, use screen readers or have visual impairments.💡
