The role

This is a contract-based type role 100% remote.

The ideal candidate will have experience creating design and composing interfaces for screens. You should be comfortable with building design systems, UI Kits, and prototypes, have strong creative and web design skills, and be familiar with digital design & interactive prototyping.

Responsibilities

Develop design solutions for digital products.
Establish a consistent brand and creative design.
Communicate ideas with the project manager & design director.
Collect feedback from the design director and adjust the approach to cater to criteria.
Build design documentation through Sketch, Figma, and Zeplin.

We’re seeking a highly motivated, experienced and self-disciplined Web Developer that will work with us remotely.

JOB ROLE

You will be responsible for developing various Wordpress themes and web applications. As a remote developer, you will be able to be kept in touch with the design team the product manager.

Responsibilities

• Deliver front-end code across a wide range of interactive responsive web projects
• Build reusable and reliable code and libraries for future use
• Build Wordpress plugins and themes
• Create and ensure the technical feasibility of responsive UI/UX designs
• Develop and test across multiple browsers, platforms, and devices
• Participate in discussions with team members and stakeholders about technical best practices and help identify optimal technical solutions
• Assist in improving quality, performance, and stability of front-end codebases

Requirements

• Wordpress and PHP experience.
• Experience in developing Wordpress themes and plugins.
• Proven success working in and promoting a rapidly changing, collaborative, and iterative product development environment.
• Fluent use of Git.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum.
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS
• Understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
