Friday UX tips — no design degree required

1️⃣ Simplify your call-to-action
One clear next step beats three options every time. If your homepage has 4 buttons, that's 3 too many.

2️⃣ Watch someone use your product for the first time
Don't explain. Don't help. Just watch. You'll find problems in 10 minutes that your team missed for months.

3️⃣ Fix your error messages
"Something went wrong" is not helpful. Tell users what happened and what to do next.

𝗦𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺.
Complexity.

- 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 — multiple services, fragmented user journeys. We rebuilt the structure so every path felt predictable.
- 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 — geo-based discovery, Sales Navigator-style filtering, Calendly-style scheduling, live events. High feature density, fast-paced interactions. We made it clear.
- 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗽𝗽 — dozens of features, daily usage patterns, high risk of overload. We removed the noise without removing the value.
