⭐In the year 2019, we gave a promise to follow the principles of human rights and therefore joined the Estonian Diversity Charter that Eesti Inimõiguste Keskus / Estonian Human Rights Centre leads. Now we have gone a step further and prepared a specific action plan that passed the evaluation and made us the proud owners of the "Diverse workplace" label. We could not have done it without all of our Amazing, Kind, and Tolerant A-teamers. 🙏 Thank you all.

The "Diverse workplace" label is for an employer who respects equal treatment and inclusive organizational culture and whose meaningful work in diversity management is an example to others. That shows the organization's commitment to supporting diversity and thereby creating a better working environment and society.
The label "Diverse workplace" is issued by the Eesti Inimõiguste Keskus / Estonian Human Rights Centre and initiated by the Ministry of Social Affairs.

MTÜ Ukraina Eneseabi together with AFS Tech Center, Foxway, Arvutiait and other IT companies have collected used computers for Ukrainian children so that they could continue their studies.

"We have delivered 1167 computers to those in need, but there are still 1800 children waiting whom we currently do not have the funds to help. We really hope and will do our best that they too will receive their computers at least by the fall," says the representative of the MTÜ Ukraina Eneseabi.
