We started the company roughly 3 years ago. We wanted to build a developer sourcing tool for IT outsourcing businesses.
We thought freelance and remote-first is the way to go in the future. We started to build the community and pitch our first clients.
Apparently the world was not ready yet - the companies didn't trust freelancers nor them working remote! We ran out of savings and we decided to pivot!
We started doing Product Management Consulting on demand. Our passion was financial services and we decided to focus only on that area!
Fast forwards 2 years -> we are now a team of 13 people! We are working with some of the fastest growing fintech companies in the region. Our people are developing the core infrastructure and functionality to enable onboarding thousands of new people each month.
We are now ready to say goodbye to our first identity SkillBill.io and say hello to our new identity Finx
