In addition to its existing EN54-10 certification, AG’s M73 Thermal has also received ANSI/FM 3260 approval this year for its thermal fire detection solution, following independent tests involving various fire scenarios.

ℹ️ FM Approvals’ independent tests utilised liquid, gas and solid fuel fire scenarios, and also assessed resistance to false alarms caused by sunlight, welding and other environmental factors.

‼️ These cameras cannot be considered a universal substitute for a fire safety system under any circumstances. However, a properly designed thermal monitoring system can provide a critically important early response window.
