A well-known producer of confectionery and snacks from the EU approached Loovatech with a proposal to develop an alternative solution for dealing with production risks. We tell you about the results achieved during the year.
One of the company's enterprises was chosen to start the project and perform practical testing. Based on the research it was decided to create a mobile application for employees and a web console for engineers. Only 3 months later pilot versions of the product appeared in AppStore and Google Play stores.
The functionality of the application allows employees to quickly and conveniently record a risk and describe it in detail, attaching photos and videos. A detailed history of changes is generated for each case. A system of access rights has been implemented, allowing individual employees to access the information they need. You can quickly download the finished report. All reports are uploaded in a convenient form for the inspection bodies, as ready-to-sign documents.
Actual results:
Each employee can immediately report an incident and monitor its progress using a smartphone.
Employees can report incidents anonymously.
Corporate management can view all statistics on incidents of all factories in a uniform format, including their counts and resolution speed, and make informed decisions based on that data.
Incident descriptions can be accompanied by photo and video evidence instead of previously used paper logs.
Ready-made reports for authorities can be downloaded in two clicks.
