You probably hear about new Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) that was adopted by the European Commission. 🇪🇺 📄

Do you terrify of resigning all your data processing agreements toot sweet?

Chin up! You have enough time to get your duck in a row.

But take this kind reminder to be sure that all deals will be done on time👇🏻

• The new SCC take effect on June 27, 2021.
• The old SCC may still be used for new contracts until Sept. 27, 2021.
• Existed data processing agreements with old SCC are OK until Dec. 27, 2022
