✨ 🚀 Meet Marlon – our newest intern at Invendor!
All the way from Germany, Marlon is joining us in Tallinn for a 4-week Erasmus+ internship, and we couldn’t be more happy to have him on the team. He’ll be working closely with our product and engineering team, getting hands-on with real projects and experiencing startup life up close
👋 A little introduction from Marlon:
"My name is Marlon and I’m currently a student at the business-focused high school Berufskolleg Kaufmännische Schulen in Bergisch Gladbach, Germany. I have one more year of school left before I graduate.
Right now, I’m excited to be in Tallinn, Estonia for a 4-week Erasmus+ internship with the company Invendor. This is my first international experience on my own, and I’m really looking forward to everything I’ll learn here.
A bit about me: I’ve always been interested in business and economics, and I’m passionate about exploring how international companies work in practice. I was born in Australia, lived in Switzerland, and now study in Germany – so I’ve already experienced a few different cultures. Still, this internship is a unique opportunity to challenge myself, grow independently, and improve my English in a real-world environment.
I chose Estonia because of its reputation as a leader in digital innovation and business. Tallinn is a fascinating place with a mix of tradition and tech – and my first impressions are really positive! The team at Invendor has been incredibly welcoming, and I’m already learning a lot about how international startups operate.
Invendor is already very fascinating to me – not only because of the new and unique products I’ve had the chance to discover, but also because of the ambition and motivation that drives the team here. There’s a real entrepreneurial energy that makes every day exciting.
I hope I can contribute to helping Invendor enter the German market and support the company’s growth as a startup. I’m already looking forward to the upcoming weeks and will give my best to contribute as much as I can.
Furthermore, over the next few weeks, I’m looking forward to gain practical experience in digital business, deepen my understanding of global work culture, and maybe even pick up a few Estonian words!"
Welcome onboard! Let's make these four weeks count! 🙌
